Consultation

 The purpose of this virtual consultation is to discuss and outline the event planning requirements and objectives for your event with your event planner. All consultations are complimentary.

Design Approval

 Once the event planner fee has been paid, we will then begin working, researching, and planning every detail of your event with continued communication throughout. We will then create a mockup design to send over for your approval followed by a contract.

Day of Event

 On the day of your event, your event planner will coordinate and manage each vendor and oversee the entire set up and breakdown process ensuring every detail comes to life and time restraints are met.
